  • 2-Year Statutory Guarantee: In accordance with EU consumer law, all our products come with a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.
  • Battery & Motor Protection: We provide dedicated coverage for the most critical components—the Lithium-ion battery and high-torque motor—ensuring long-term reliability for your off-road adventures.
  • What is Covered: Manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, controller, and electrical systems.
  • What is Not Covered: Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads), damage from accidents/crashes, unauthorized modifications, or improper maintenance.

🔄 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

We want you to be perfectly satisfied with your new ride. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind.

  • Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the motorcycle.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the motorcycle must be in original, unused condition with no mileage recorded, and returned in its original secure crating.
  • Process: Contact our support team to initiate the return. Once approved, you will have another 14 days to ship the unit back to our EU warehouse.
  • Return Costs: Unless the product is defective, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of these large-format items.
