To ensure the fastest transit times and zero customs complications for our customers, all Zloon EMoto motorcycles are dispatched directly from our warehouses within the European Union.

• No Import Duties: Since we ship from within the EU, the price you see at checkout is final.
• Local Quality Control: Every unit undergoes a final technical inspection in our EU facility before dispatch.

⏱️ Processing & Handling

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days.
• Technical Prep: During this window, our technicians perform a battery health check and secure packaging to ensure your bike arrives in peak condition.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, we partner with premium freight carriers to ensure a safe journey to your doorstep.

• Standard EU Delivery: 2 to 8 business days.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your Zloon EMoto leaves our warehouse.

📦 Secure Crating & Inspection

Electric motorcycles are high-performance machines. We use heavy-duty, reinforced crating specifically designed for EMoto transport.

• Note: Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging before signing. If you notice any significant transit damage, please contact our support team immediately.

🌍 Coverage

We currently offer dedicated shipping to all major European Union member states. For islands or remote territories, delivery times may vary slightly.
